5-Day Course Itinerary
Days 1 & 2: Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET)
Led by a Full Member of the Society of Education and Training (MSET)
The first two days focus on building your foundation as an educator. Our industry expert will guide you through the essential theory and practical skills needed to teach effectively.
- Theory & Practice: Comprehensive coverage of all assignments and practical elements required for the qualification.
- Preparation Time: Dedicated time to prepare your assignments and practical assessments, ensuring you are ready for the final evaluation.
- Teacher Training: Master the elements of being an excellent teacher, including:
- Lesson planning and schemes of work.
- Advanced teaching methods.
- Techniques for engaging learners.
- Delivering high-impact sessions.
Days 3 & 4: Health and Social Care Trainer Certificate
Specialist Training for the Care Sector
Days three and four shift focus to the specific requirements of the Health and Social Care sector. You will learn exactly how to deliver critical training to your own workforce.
- Mandatory Care Training: Learn to deliver the Care Certificate, Mandatory Training, and Optional Care modules.
- Complete Toolkit: We guide you through all necessary resources, administrative requirements, and regulations.
- Emergency First Aid: You will also achieve and be certificated with the PTDQ Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
Outcome: By the end of Day 4, you will be more than competent to deliver Health and Social Care Training to your workforce independently.
